Applicant and/or immediate family affected by natural disaster in U.S. in last 10 years, undergraduate/graduate/law student attending accredited school in U.S., 17+ years old, U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Video (3-5 min). Contact info, proof of enrollment/acceptance, headshot.
